Level Set respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use a shared training link and how we use it.

Anonymous progress cookie

When you open a shared module or program link, we set a single first-party cookie named ls_anon_session. This cookie contains a random identifier that lets us remember how far you got in the training, so you can pick up where you left off on the same browser without creating an account.

• Purpose: progress persistence on shared training links.
• Lifetime: 90 days from your last visit.
• Scope: scoped to the current domain; not shared with third parties.

This cookie is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking you across different websites. It is deleted automatically when it expires, and you can delete it at any time through your browser settings.

Creating an account

If you later choose to create an account, any progress linked to your anonymous cookie is transferred to your registered account. You can ask an administrator to delete your account and associated progress at any time.

Data retention

Anonymous progress records that are inactive for more than 12 months are automatically deleted. Active cookies expire after 90 days and are removed if not refreshed by a return visit.
